Biography

Steven is a custom jeweler, creating since 2012. After fulfilling his B.A. in Biology, he continued his journey into jewelry design, creating several hundred one-of-a-kind pieces of handmade jewelry for clients all over the world. Ever inspired by the shapes and geometry of the natural world, Steven infuses his background in meticulous laboratory practice and experimentation into his exploratory approach as a custom jeweler.

He currently works out of his fully equipped and self-built home studio in Salem, MA, specializing in a range of metalsmithing, jewelry fabrication and lapidary artist techniques, including: goldsmithing, gemstone cutting, engraving, CAD design, and wax carving.

Steven’s ambition for knowledge as a lapidary artist and jewelry designer has pushed his boundaries further than previously imagined possible, and he thrives on bringing joy and amazement through his works as he continues to explore and grow into new territory. He heartily welcomes any new challenges in the creation of custom jewelry, and is always open for consultation and eager to hear the ideas of potential clients.
