Biography

Originally from the Sierra Nevadas, Saph has been a self taught multimedia visual artist from a young age, as well as an avid rockhound and mineral enthusiast. His mission in the gem carving and cutting world has been making the invisible, visible.

Blending the earths beauty with a creative eye, he is constantly striving to find new and distinctive ways to bring unique minerals and metals together.

Saph came up with the moniker "Inward Spectrum" as a homage to the tragedy and triumph that comes from within while on the creative path, as well as the vast spectrum of color in the world of gemstones and the minerals they come from.
